June is #MensMentalHealthMonth
Nearly 20% of American adult men – that’s around 24.6 million people – experienced a mental health condition over the last year. And yet, many men resist seeking treatment because of stigma.
In 2025, we found that men who took a mental health test on MHA Screening were two times less likely than women to ask for help. This Men’s Mental Health Month, we’re here to remind men that asking for help isn’t a weakness; it takes incredible strength.
We all have mental health. Check in with yours today at mhascreening.org.
If you or someone you know is struggling or in crisis, call or text 988 or chat 988lifeline.org. You can also reach Crisis Text Line by texting HELLO to 741741.
